I am Shellé Hendrickson.

I speak on building strong professional relationships for women to increase their influence and visibility in their industry and attract clientele.

Currently I am the Head of Healthcare at one of the largest global insurance companies. There I am responsible for setting, implementing and driving strategies for the Healthcare Underwriting Unit.

As a millennial manager of a multimillion dollar portfolio I have learned first hand the importance of making and maintaining strong professional relationships to both grow the business unit and my personal brand within my organization.

I have a passion towards advising, encouraging and inspiring other women to advance in their careers. There is a quote that says “..you are the cumulative investment of a lot of people” and I’m thankful for the women that poured into me. Now it’s time for me to be intentional with lending a hand to the next rising star!

I am a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
